In particular, the TMT is responsible for administering and managing the Department's CAD/RMS System, Body Worn In-car Camera Video Libraries, Cellular Device Management, the eCitation Program, Electronic Warrant Systems, Training Management and Records Systems, and the eCrash Report Program. The TMT is also responsible for Critical Technological Assessment and Development, GIS Reporting, Auditing, Systems modification, Network Enhancement, and Operational Support to ensure resources are fully utilized.

Mobility and Communication Services

Mobility and Communication Services (MCS) augments the state law enforcement community's ability to protect and serve through the administration, management, and maintenance of the Louisiana Wireless Information Network (LWIN) and statewide mobility platforms. The MCS is also responsible for the management and support of Louisiana State Police Mobile Data Terminals, RADARs, patrol platform cellular connectivity, fleet and body-worn camera systems, mobile and portable radios, and broadband communications, which facilitate mobility requirements.
