At Louisiana State Police, we believe a stronger Louisiana starts with stronger people. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Governor Jeff Landry’s office in bringing the Make America Healthy Again wellness movement to Louisiana.
Physical training is crucial for everyone as it enhances your ability to perform duties, reduce injuries, improve mental health, and maintain a high level of professional readiness.
It’s not just about muscle—it’s about mindset. It’s about faith, family, and fitness: building the discipline to eat better, move more, and lead by example both at home and in the communities we serve.
Living a healthy and physically fit lifestyle is something I strongly believe in, and our entire department does as well. To all the members of the Department of Public Safety, this is your call to action.
Together, let’s rebuild our strength, renew our purpose, and make Louisiana healthy.
