Orleans Parish – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the New Orleans Police Department for 29-year-old Marvin Morris Bell. He was discovered missing from his home, on Haik Drive in New Orleans, on February 25, 2025 at approximately 7:00 AM. Louisiana State Police received the request to issue an alert at approximately 6:03 PM on February 25, 2025.
Bell is a black male with brown eyes and low-cut black hair. He is 5’10” tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. Bell was last seen wearing a red shirt with gray and burgundy pajama pants. Bell is believed to be on foot, traveling in an unknown direction.
Bell is non-verbal and suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
