Orleans Parish - The Louisiana State Police has issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the New Orleans Police Department for Braylon Parker, who has been abducted by his non-custodial father, Braydon Nix. The child was last seen at 3719 Washington Avenue in New Orleans. He was abducted at approximately 6:38 p.m.

Braylon Parker is a 5-month-old black male with a bald head and brown eyes. His height and weight are unknown. He was last seen wearing blue clothing, wrapped in a blue blanket.  

Braydon Nix entered the home on Washington Avenue and assaulted Parker’s mother. Nix is approximately 6’3” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a khaki jacket, black shirt, green cargo pants, and khaki tennis shoes.

He is believed to be traveling on foot.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of five-month-old Braylon Parker should immediately contact the New Orleans Police Department (Sixth District) at 504-821-2222 or local law enforcement by dialing 911.
