Caddo Parish – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Shreveport Police Department for 69-year-old Margaret Lias Carter. She was discovered missing from her home on Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport at approximately 9:00 p.m. The Louisiana State Police received the request to issue a Silver Alert today at approximately 10:49 p.m.
Carter is a black female with brown eyes and black hair. She is 5’4” and weighs approximately 180 pounds. Carter suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgment.
Carter was last seen wearing a white shirt and grey shorts. She is believed to be traveling on foot.
