Orleans Parish – The Louisiana State Police have issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the New Orleans Police Department for 64-year-old Joseph Sampson. He was discovered missing on October 22, 2025, from his home on Forum Drive in New Orleans at approximately 10:00 a.m. The Louisiana State Police received the request to issue the alert at about 5:30 p.m. this evening.
Sampson is a black male with brown eyes and a bald head. He is 6’0” tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. Sampson may be suffering from a medical condition that could impair his judgment.
Sampson was last seen wearing a T-shirt and blue sweatpants. He is believed to be traveling on foot in an unknown direction.
