Silver Alert: Assistance Needed Locating Missing Monroe Man

Ouachita Parish – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Monroe Police Department for 70-year-old Selma Lollie. He was last seen on June 8, 2024, at 804 S. 19th St. in Monroe. At approximately 11:14 a.m., a neighbor found Lollie missing. Lollie suffers from a medical condition that impairs his judgment and he has a documented history of getting lost.
Lollie is a black male with gray hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 190 lbs. It is believed Lollie is traveling on foot, wearing a “pug shot” shirt featuring a pug (dog) with gray and white checkered pajama pants, and tan house shoes.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Lollie should immediately contact the Monroe Police Department at 318-329-2600 or call 911. All inquiries concerning this matter should be directed to the Monroe Police Department.
