Welcome to JESTC

The Joint Emergency Services Training Center (JESTC) is Louisiana’s premier hub for public safety and emergency response training. Operated by the Louisiana State Police and located just north of Baton Rouge, JESTC provides state-of-the-art facilities, specialized ranges, advanced driving courses, and full-service lodging to ensure realistic, hands-on training experiences.

Our mission is to serve as a centralized location where law enforcement, government, and civilian agencies—working independently or in partnership— can train personnel in emergency response and first responder services.
