Washington Parish – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Bogalusa Police Department for 83-year-old Phyllis Sampere. She was last seen at approximately 9:00 p.m. on September 18, 2026, at 1 Country Club Lane in Bogalusa. The Louisiana State Police received the request to issue a Silver Alert today at approximately 11:39 a.m.
Sampere is a white female with green eyes and short blonde and red hair. She is 5’2” and weighs approximately 105 pounds. Family reported that Sampere could have a medical condition that may impair her judgment.
Sampere’s clothing description is unknown. She is believed to be traveling in a silver 2019 Cadillac CT5 bearing Louisiana license plate H318628.
