LSP Public Affairs Welcomes New Commander

Baton Rouge – Louisiana State Police Superintendent Colonel Robert P. Hodges has promoted Captain Russell Graham as the new Commander of the Louisiana State Police Public Affairs Section. Effective February 19, 2025, Captain Graham succeeded Major Nick Manale, who was promoted to Command Inspector of Strategic Support, overseeing the commands of Operational Development, Public Affairs, Professional Standards & Compliance, and Recruiting. Major Manale played an influential role in the Public Affairs section over the last 16 years, serving as the Public Affairs Commander over the previous 4 years.
