Baton Rouge Man Arrested for Solicitation of a Minor

Livingston Parish – On February 21st, 2024 the Louisiana State Police Special Victim’s Unit (LSP SVU) working in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested an individual on charges related to a child sexual exploitation investigation. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 41-year-old Fleet J. O’Bryant of Baton Rouge.

As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained through the 21st JDC charging O’Bryant with LRS 14:81.3 - Computer-aided solicitation of a minor, and LRS 14:81 - Indecent behavior with juveniles. O’Bryant was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center on the above charges. This case remains under investigation.

LSP SVU works to rescue and seek justice for the victims of crimes involving the exploitation of children and the trafficking of humans for sex or labor through investigative partnerships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, and through public education.
