General Information

Troop L is conveniently located in St. Tammany Parish at the intersection of US Hwy 190 and and North Causeway Blvd. Troop L encompasses four (4) individual Louisiana parishes. The following is a list of those parishes including their corresponding square miles and highway miles. (Note: Highway miles figures include all local roads, city streets interstates, and other state maintained roadways within that specific parish)

Child Safety Seat Inspections

Due to ongoing construction at Troop L, Child Safety Seat Checks have been temporarily moved to Mandeville Fire District #4, located at 709 Girod St. in Mandeville. Child Safety Seat Inspections are conducted every Tuesday from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M., excluding major holidays. No appointment is necessary during these hours. Please call to schedule an appointment for any day other than Tuesdays. Walk-ins will not be accepted at Troop L during the construction for safety reasons.
