We encourage members of the public to continue their daily work, family, and leisure activities with a heightened sense of awareness. We urge all citizens to be vigilant and observant of
suspicious activity in and around public and government facilities, bridges, ports, waterways, and targets that may be considered symbolic or important to the United States economy. To report
suspicious persons or circumstances, citizens can reach the Louisiana State Police Homeland Defense Hotline at 1-800-434-8007, file an online complaint,
or contact their nearest local law enforcement agency.
